MAG-16 Command Chronology states: 39 miles southwest of DaNang while executing
an emergency extraction of a recon team, the helicopter received small
arms fire while hovering over the zone. LCpl. Snow received missile
wounds to his left leg and arm with nerve involvement to his left arm.
