Mountain area west of Chu Lai, incident where F-4
crashed, about 100 yards away the crew chief spotted a CH-46 from
HMM-165 that had been missing since January '69.

Remember the elephant grass that could swallow up
a CH-46? We inserted a group of Army Rangers and recovery team from
HMM-364 to recover the remains of an F-4 and CH-46 crew of HMM-165.
Once on the ground they were out of sight.
